November News For You!

Harvest Time!

Did you know you can harvest your feelings?  Harvesting your feelings means you take time to gather your emotions, reflect upon them and make meaning of them.  We teach students to pay attention to how they feel, accept the emotion, and give themselves permission to let negative emotions go!  How do you let go of your emotions?
